With a minimum of 3 years professional experience as an Event Manager the ideal candidate will be hard working, able to multi-task and have excellent people management skills. You must be able to work to strict deadlines to the highest of standards. Good negotiating skills are essential.
Attention to detail and excellent people skills are essential for our Clincal Event Coordinators. You will be working with international clients from around the world and language skills are a definite bonus. You must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel.
The Technical Production Department manages our world-wide network of approved audiovisual suppliers. These roles require excellent administration and planning skills combined with a good working knowledge of current AV practices. Excellent communication skills are vital coupled with an ability to negotiate budgets and work to tight deadlines.
We provide creative design services to our clients and also service MD Events creative requirements. Producing printwork and signage for meetings, drawing room layouts to scale and creating PowerPoint templates should be in your skill set. Good design software skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently are essential to these roles. We are looking for innovative designers who excel at problem solving.
Our international proposals team produces bespoke quotations for sponsors and CROs. Deadlines are tight and accuracy is critical. You must have strong organisational skills and good financial acumen. You must be used to working on a one-to-one basis with blue chip clients and have good negotiating skills.
Client facing with exceptional communication skills, to join our BD Team you will also need an extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry with a particular focus on clinical trials. You must have a proven track record in either sales or account management and have the abilty to negotiate at a high level and experience dealing with international, Blue-chip clients.
