The successful management of large groups of people is at the heart of every event. To do this in a friendly and professional way requires exceptional individuals. At MD Events, we put people at the very heart of our business, with a full time staff of over 60 personnel worldwide. We believe that personality is just as important as communication and organisational skills and every member of the MD Events team adds that much needed human touch to all of our events.
FULL TIME STAFF
The quality of our people is vital to the success of our business. The professionalism and personality that our people bring to their jobs is critical to the success of our company. In order to guarantee that quality to all our clients we chose to employ full time staff rather than rely on freelancers; a decision which has been rewarded by consistently excellent feedback. We continue to look for exceptional people and our company is actively engaged in a carefully managed expansion programme.
TRAINING
We aim to get the most out of our staff and we have an active programme of training and personal development. We set very high standards for all our staff and we give them the appropriate guidance and support to ensure that they meet and exceed those standards. With specific training in compliance, GCP, cultural differences and any client specific requirements, we ensure that our people are fully equipped to deliver excellence.
INVESTOR IN PEOPLE
Launched in 1991, Investors in People offers a business improvement tool designed to help all kinds of organisations develop performance through their people. It provides tailored assessments designed to support organisations in planning, implementing and evaluating effective strategies and is relevant for organisations of all sizes and sectors. MD Events were first awarded IiP status in December 2007 – In January 2011 we were upgraded to the Bronze standard which reflects the continuing improvements in our personal development programme for all staff.
