At MD Events, we put people at the very heart of our business, with a full time staff of over 50 personnel worldwide. We believe that personality is just as important as communication and organisational skills and every member of the MD Events team adds that much needed human touch to all of our events.

Before founding the company in 2002, Miriam had already amassed almost 20 years working in the pharmaceutical industry and CRO service sector. Her aim for MD Events was, and continues to be, to create a culture where vibrant and enthusiastic personalities are combined with continually developing expertise to provide an unrivalled service for the Clinical Meetings Sector. Miriam's experience, vision, and the enthusiasm & commitment of her colleagues and team, are behind everything we do for you.

Rob Ismay

Prior to joining MD Events in 2006 as a qualified accountant, Rob gained many years experience of financial management in the area of Event Management and Marketing companies. Initially joining MD Events to head the Finance function, he advanced to CEO of the company in October 2008. Rob's role at MD Events is to ensure the teams consistently provide our clients with the expert services that MD Events' reputation has been built upon. He strives to improve the breadth of our services to ensure that we can provide our clients with a truly global clinical event management service that is second to none.

Annette Steele

Annette SteeleVice President & Head of Global Business Development

With 20 years' experience of business development, sales, customer service and account management in the highly demanding commercial world of blue chip, major corporate and consumer service sectors, it is not surprising that Annette's tenacity and willingness to listen to MD Events' clients, has been a major force in the development of the organisation.

If there is one word to describe Annette, it's "enthusiastic"! Travelling the globe meeting with clients to discuss how MD Events' service adds value to their clinical trials is an integral, and favourite, part of Annette's job.

Jayne Bonfield

With a solid heritage of over two decades, working in the high-end incentive meeting and conference sector Jayne has considerable knowledge and expertise in the Events Industry.

The consistently outstanding results of her UK based Operational Group make Jayne very proud and with her guidance and encouragement, they constantly strive for perfection.

Jayne's business roots mean she fully appreciates each client's unique commercial priorities, and her hands-on management style ensures that these objectives are met for every project. Jayne is a meticulous organiser who leaves no aspect to chance with 'attention to detail and communication' being the keys to success.

Jennifer Perry

With over 10 years in the global events industry and a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Jennifer has a wide range of experience managing meetings small and large alike.

With a keen sense of strategy and creativity to help achieve your meeting goals, Jennifer brings to MD Events an enthusiasm for people, and their projects.

She combines professionalism and customer service to foster strong relationships with clients, delegates, and colleagues. Her understanding of the true meaning and value of a working partnership is something she instils in every member of her Philadelphia based team.

Nigel Campbell

Nigel CampbellGlobal Creative Communications Manager

For the last 20 years, Nigel has divided his time between working as a Conference Producer for clinical meetings and as an Art Director for major advertising agencies. Nigel heads the Technical Production Department, planning the AV support for all of our events. He is passionate about communication and works with our clients to help them to develop their agendas to create innovative and stimulating meetings.

Combining his proven creative skills with a deep understanding of modern technologies Nigel is instrumental in keeping MD Events at the forefront of innovations in the meetings industry
