For many of our clients we provide a complete meetings management service, from initial planning and onsite delivery, to post event services such as "thank you" emails and reimbursements. All of the key services are already in-house at MD Events and we have a network of approved suppliers worldwide for additional services such as Ground Transfers and Audiovisual Services. Every element is managed by our expert teams in the US and UK, allowing you to deal with a single point of contact for your entire meeting requirements.

Our Venue Search team work closely with both our BD team to produce your proposals, and with our Event Managers to refine your search once you have chosen MD Events as your meetings partner. In addition, all your technical and audiovisual needs are handled by our Technical Production Department who can advise you on AV options or provide EDC training equipment from one of our network of approved suppliers.

We can design and print all of your meeting materials from binders to badges as well as all onsite signage for the meeting. We will send out all invitations and your delegates can choose from a number of registration options including our online registration system. Our strategic travel partner will provide flights to meet your requirements and budgets and our meeting coordinators will deal directly with your delegates to make their travel plans simple and easy to understand.

Should you prefer to handle any element of the meeting internally, such as travel for example, we can work with your existing provider to ensure that you will receive a seamless service. We have robust yet flexible operating procedures, which ensure that you get the very best service no matter how much or how little of our services you choose.
