Web Meetings
Whilst never a replacement for a traditional face to face meeting there are many situations where the deployment of web technologies can help to enhance your meetings. Utilizing stable reliable platforms with enhanced security we can be certain that only approved, pre-registered people can view the presentations. We use a variety of different applications and technologies to give you a choice of options and we will give clear advice to help you to make an informed choice.
Working with our approved partners we will handle every aspect of the web meeting, from registration of participants to delivery and archiving delivering the same high quality, personal service that has made our face to face meetings such a success.
Below are a few of the more commonly requested options for Web meetings.
REMOTE PRESENTER
When you have a speaker who cannot attend a face to face meeting we can set up a remote presentation where they can give their PowerPoint presentation direct from their office or home. You can choose to simply have audio and slides or if you have a webcam available you can even let your audience see you speaking. The audio is a 2-way system which allows you to interact with the delegates and take questions from the floor.
HYBRID MEETING
Hybrid meetings are an excellent way to deliver a focussed face to face meeting and save some costs on attendees travel and accommodation. We tailor your agenda to meet the needs of your Principal Investigators – including more Q& A and knowledge testing sessions. Then we deliver content which is valuable for all site staff as a series of online on-demand sessions which they view at their sites.
ARCHIVED MEETING
We will record your meeting audio, video and PowerPoint and create archived sessions which can be accessed online. This is useful when you cannot enrol all of your prospective sites by the date of the investigator meeting. Sites enrolling at a later date can view the meeting content once they have completed their enrolment.
LIVE WEBCAST
Face to face events can be broadcast to a preselected audience via the internet. We can send audio, PowerPoint and full motion video if required. This is a good solution for a short presentation or a training meeting but does not scale well for a full day clinical meeting. The differences in time-zones and the length of the meeting may not be suitable for remote viewing.
